Hey HN!

I built Videoyards, a browser-based screen recording and editing tool. It’s like Loom + Screen Studio, but simpler, faster, and works directly via a Chrome extension.

- Record your screen, camera, and mic - Edit instantly in your browser with auto zooms, cursor highlights, trimming - Export in HD or 4K 60fps - Free plan: 1-min recordings, with watermark - Pro (Early Access): Lifetime plan for the first 15 users ($39.99) [currently only 2 spots left]

I launched it about a month ago, and here's what's happened so far:

- Visitors: 4,247 - Signups: 200+ - Paid users: 13 - Revenue: $544.13 - Extension installs: 80+ - Ratings: 5.0 (4 reviews)

I built this because most clean screen-recording + zoom tools were Mac-only, and I wanted something accessible for creators, SaaS founders, and indie hackers regardless of OS. Still working on some issues on macOS, and I'm planning more features + a new pricing plan starting Oct-15th.

Would love your feedback. This is currently still in beta version and improving based on all user feedbacks

what features would make this must-use for you?
